Obituary
Dianne D. McCranie was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world Saturday, August 13th at age 77.
She was born in Miami on January 15th, 1945. Dianne graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School where both of her daughters and granddaughter graduated from as well. She met the love of her life, John McCranie at JM Fields in Daytona Beach and were married for 58 years. These two never missed dessert after dinner which consisted of a bowl of delicious ice-cream. Together, they had two children: Melissa and Bobbie (Richard) and one granddaughter: Kayla (Ryan).
Dianne loved spending time with her pups and her family. She also enjoyed reading and cooking in the kitchen. She loved all the holidays because her entire family would be together under one roof.
Dianne was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She would welcome us all with one of the best hugs you could imagine. She was one of the nicest human beings on this planet and would do anything and everything for anyone. She had a beautiful soul inside and out.
Dianne is survived by: John, Bobbie, and Kayla. To honor Dianne’s memory, we are holding a celebration of her life on September 3rd, 2022, at Spruce Creek Baptist Church, 1952 Taylor Road, Port Orange, FL 32128. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her wonderful life. We ask attendees to wear bright colors.
