Obituary
Dick Cannon Jr, 91, of Titusville Florida, passed December 6, 2017. Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife Wanda Mae Cannon, and children, Janet Kaye Barrowman (Steve), Curtis Alan Cannon, Kevin Scott Cannon (Trina), his brother, Lacy Cannon, four grandchildren- Stephanie Felker, Krista Miller, Haley Cannon and Ryan Cannon and four great grandchildren – Trey Felker, Allie Felker, Kylee Miller, and Stephen Miller. Mr. Cannon retired in May of 1987 from McDonnell Douglas where he worked in Quality Control for the Aerospace Industry. He served in the United States Navy and will be interred in the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. 1 N, Mims, Florida on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 3:00. PM Donations in honor of Mr. Cannon may be made to the charity of your preference.
But what I admired most was his “shoot from the hip” honesty. You always knew he would give you a straight answer even if you didn’t want to hear it. Rest in peace Dick, from Janet and myself. you will be greatly missed.
