Obituary
Dolores Galmarini, 90, of The Villages, Florida passed away on February 7, 2022, surrounded by family. She was born on July 11, 1931, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dolores enjoyed a long fulfilling career working as VP Credit Manager at Blonders Wallpaper for years. She enjoyed cooking and gathering around the dinner table and spending time with her family and reminiscing with the grandchildren. Dolores’s family was a great source of pride and comfort to her. In fact, she unselfishly devoted her time and energizes in support of their wellbeing. Dolores is known for her complete loyalty to her family and friends.
She loved to play cards and polka dance with her beloved husband Al. Her presences with our family will never be forgotten, she will be forever in our hearts. Dolores and Al just celebrated 72 beautiful years of marriage. She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband Albert; loving mother of Linda (Frank), Judy (Bruce-deceased), Albert Jr. (Andrea); loving grandmother of 7; great grandmother of 12; sister Marie Cerny (Fred-deceased), brother The Rev. Eugene Mion (Cheryl), Robert Mion (Kristina), the late Gloria Tenhagen (Tom-deceased).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 2445 Lane Park Rd. Tavares, Florida 32778. Celebration of Life mass, St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159. Mass of Christian services will be Wednesday February 23 at 10 a.m.
