Don Treise, 72, of Fort Myers, Florida crossed the finish line of the race called life on December 4, 2018. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on December 12, 1945 to Warren and Doris Treise, and moved to Fort Myers in 1974. Don proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He was Vice President and Manager of Raymond Building Supply for many years.
Don was known for his quick wit and lighthearted personality, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. He lived life his way and was the ultimate car guy. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and he had a passion for muscle cars and Rock and Roll music. Above all, his family meant the world to him.
Don was preceded in death by his father Warren, mother Doris, brother Paul, and step-son Chris. He is survived by his wife Linda Treise, daughters Brenda Kinley, Laurie Treise, and Ashley York (Logan), brother David Treise (Debbie), sister Linda Severance (Wayne), grandchildren Brandon, Taylor, and Kaitlyn, and many more extended family members and friends. We love you Donald Duck!
