Obituary
Donald Laroyce Frier, passed away on March 27 at the age of 75. He was a resident of Titusville, Florida.
Mr. Frier is survived by his wife of more than 25 years, Linda Rector Frier. He was born on October 10, 1945 in Charleston, South Carolina, and was a son of the late Charles Cole Frier and Myrtle Frier Milnor.
Also surviving are one son, Donald Laroyce Frier, Jr. (Linda) of Summerville, South Carolina; a grandson, Zachary Taylor Frier of Summerville, South Carolina; three sisters, Patricia McGuire of Crenton, Tennessee; Darlene Frier Kelly (Steve) of Cocoa, Florida and Johnine Milnor Sharpe (Steve) of Merritt Island, Florida; one stepdaughter, Deanna Laney (Troy) of Titusville, Florida and one stepson, Chris Fancher (Kathleen) of Titusville, Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles Monroe Frier, of Cottageville, South Carolina.
He was a believer and a Baptist.
Mr. Frier served in the United States Navy as a Bosun. He was previously employed at Cape Canaveral and retired in 1996 from the United States Postal Service. He was formerly the owner of Racin’ Fans, a Nascar collectibles shop in Titusville, Florida, and was an avid Nascar fan and collector.
