Obituary

Donna Elizabeth Parris passed away on April 16, 2022 at home and surrounded by her loved ones, in Edgewater, Florida.

Donna was born in the spring of 1965 in Albany, New York, to Deline and Mary Veeder.

Donna had a love for life, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling with the love of her life, her husband, Mike, and being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Michael Parris; two children Shannon Smith (Kris) and Craig Parris (Megan); five amazing grandchildren who she adored: Kaleb, Kole, Kaden, Ryner, and Mylei; sister Mary Geno (Eddie) and brother Craig Veeder (Diane) as well a host of nieces and nephews.

Please join in celebrating Donna’s life on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home, 1 North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, Florida.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am and interment with graveside services at Seapines Memorial Gardens in Edgewater, Florida.

    You touched so many lives. You always took very good care of our family when we came into the Dr's office. We always talked about what was going on in our lives.     My dear friend Donna.I feel so lucky to have had you as a friend for so many years.We worked together for atleast 15 years.We share the same birthdate but not year.I am the older one of course.We been on motorcycles rides together.Always so proud to see you ride your own bike.We have been to our childrens weddings.Some of our children and grandchildren share same birthdays.How unique is that.Your family has always been special to me.From your mom making our work family matching scrubs to dad getting on his motorcycle taking a ride with friends.Like we discussed when I visited.You experienced a beautiful life.Traveling,beautiful family,grandkids,sports,riding and awesome friends.You will live forever in each of us.Thats what happens when you meet someone like you.You never really lose them.My memories of happiness with you will never leave.Until we are together again RIP my dear Donna.
