Dorothy Norwood, 89, of Ocala, FL passed away December 6, 2016.  Born in Starke, FL she was a lifelong resident of Florida.  Dorothy was Baptist by faith and enjoyed her family, watching her Soaps on TV and collecting nick nacks.  She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Norwood and is survived by her children Ricky Norwood (Cynthia) of Ocala, Terry Norwood of Ocala, Debra Palmer (Tom) of Port Mayaca, FL, Paula Naspretto (Rick) of Ocala, FL, Tammy Norwood of Sebring, FL; Timmy and Michael Norwood both of Ocala.  She was also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She will be interred at a later date at Port Mayaca Cemetery to be with her husband, J.C..  Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremation 954 E.
