Dorothy S. Jennings. 87, of Edgewater, Florida passed away quietly in her home on January 29, 2010. Dorothy was born in Upland, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Chester High School in 1940, and went on to receive a secretarial degree and to work for Sun Oil Company in Philadelphia. She left her career to marry James Jennings, and they raised a family in Springfield, Pennsylvania. In 1982, Dorothy and James retired in Florida. Dorothy will always be remembered for her quiet warmth, her gentleness, and her calm sense of faith. She devoted herself to her family and will be deeply missed by them. She is survived by a sister, Helen Smith, her loving husband of 55 years James, her son Greg, her daughter Joyce, and three grandchildren, Doug, Megan and Kendall.
