Douglas Brock Murray, age 87, passed away peacefully at home and surrounded by

there before moving to The Villages, Florida for the past 20 years.

Doug graduated from high school in Plainfield, NJ and went on to attend Fairleigh
Dickenson University receiving an Associate’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant
Management. After college he served in the U.S. Army for several years. He then

Doug married the love of his life Veronica in 1986. They have a blended family with four
sons, Ted, Tim, Fred and Scott. Together, Doug and Ronnie enjoyed traveling, dining
out and spending time with friends. Doug also loved residing in the beautiful sunny
Villages where he drove his golf cart all the time and when golfing with his buddies.
Doug will always be remembered for his big smile, happy demeanor, and all the love and
kindness anyone could ask for.

Doug is survived by his loving wife Ronnie; brother Robert Murray; sons Ted, Tim,
Fred and Scott; and grandchildren Tristian, Tanith, Fred, Scott, Siobhan and
