FARR III, EARNEST W (PIERCE)

Pierce was born in Norfolk, Virginia on August 16, 1963 and passed peacefully on January 9, 2018 at Orlando Florida Hospital surrounded by his good friend Mark, his sister Gail, and brother-in-law Steve.  Pierce was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.  Pierce was born in Norfolk, Virginia, attended Brewbaker High School and graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Biology and minor in German.  He worked as a Flight Attendant for U.S. Airlines and later moved to Orlando, Florida where he worked for KGI Resorts.  There are many in his community who will deeply mourn his passing as his was a life of love and compassion.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Delores and Earnest Farr (Norfolk, VA) his brother, Larry D. Farr (Virginia Beach, VA) and his sister, Cheryl Farr Millam (Williamsburg, VA).  He is survived by his sister, Gail Farr Kosmas (Florida), along with beloved nieces and nephews.  Pierce was a lover of life.   He loved travel, music, literature and especially animals.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the Southeast Volusia Humane Society at:  http://www.sevhumanesociety.org/donate.html

As Pierce wished, he will be interred alongside his parents at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia sometime in the spring.
