Obituary
Elaine Baum went to see her Heavenly Father on October 1, 2021 due to a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Bishop Glen Assisted Living Facility in Holly Hill Fl.
She was born to a young minister and wife Reverend Stafford Hebert and Honey and educated at the Baptist Academy in Eunice La. Her first marriage blessed her with 3 children, Cynthia (Zima), William Randy Bevill, and Sandra (Roberts). Elaine and kids moved to Florida in 1973 where she worked and married Gil Baum in 1975, who also had 3 children. Judy(Ryan), Susan Baum, and Fred Baum. The combined families all enjoyed their 42 yr marriage. After retiring, Elaine and Gil moved to Welaka Fl and began traveling to most of the national parks across America. They enjoyed 17 yrs of river life then moved to Edgewater Landing where they lived for 23 yrs making great friends before Gil passed in 2016. Elaine began having health issues and decided to move to Bishop Glen, where she found great care and new friends. One great friend is Bill Kautz whom she attended church (Tomoka Community), watched movies and enjoyed meals with. She loved Jesus for 75 yrs and always looked forward to seeing him face to face.
Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am, Thursday October 7, 2021 at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home 1 N Causeway New Smyrna Beach, Florida .
