Elizabeth “Liz” Perno Curry 70, resident of the Villages, Florida and previously Lavallette, NJ went home to be with The Lord on November 13, 2017. Liz was a friend to everyone who met her and always had a smile on her face. She loved traveling around the world and always said that when her time on earth came to an end that everyone should know that she had lived a great life and had lived it to its fullest.
Liz was preceded in death by her parents Dolina and Louis Perno, sister Carmela Mattei and cousin and close friend Patty Cavallo.
She is survived by her son Dean Castaldo and his wife of North Carolina and her daughter Amy Elizabeth Curry of North Carolina along with 4 grandchildren Dean Jr., Kristina, Samantha and Sean and 3 great grandchildren Maddelyn Grace, Ethan and Kenadie who were proud to call her G.G. She is also survived by her love of more than 10 years Jim Muldowney. She will be missed more than words can express. Her children’s love for her is a true testament of what a great mother and mentor she was and she will remain in their hearts until the day they are reunited.
