She is beautiful! I've been cnhckieg every day to see if you've posted anything and this is so worth the wait. Jacob and Callie's wedding is next weekend and we will be missing your special touch. Little Ms. June should have some beautiful pics during her life.

I just read about the recent death of your loved one. The Bible calls death an enemy and that is certainly how it strikes us, as an enemy. Take comfort in knowing that the loving God who created us did not want us to suffer in tears of pain. “He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people He will take away from all the earth, for God himself has spoken [it].” Isaiah 25:8. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories as well as these few words, bring you a measure of comfort.

    Dear Lora,
I want to tell you how sorry I am for the loss of your husband. I'm sure it doesn't seem possible that this happened and it will be very tough. I speak from experience as you know when I lost Paul. I miss him very much and treasure the memories and years we had together. You will do the same I'm sure. I wanted to be able to see David before he passed away but it was not to be. I didn't want him to suffer any longer and I know that Paul was ready to welcome him in heaven with his arms open wide. Look to God who will help you through this time and I will pray for you and your family during this difficult time. We are looking forward to seeing all of you soon. Love Sharon

Lora our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. We are sorry that we can't be there for the celebration on the 14th, but please know that we are asking God to pick you up and carry you through. I never was around you and David much, but I enjoyed these last few years of getting to know you. I heard he was saved and that gave me great peace and I remembered the words to a song we used to sing, "We have this promise, we will meet again someday." Love you all

I had the privilege of knowing David for many years as my stepfather. He was a wonderful man, full of love for his family. He would have done anything for a stranger as well. I am so thankful for David and everything he did for us. He will be missed daily! He loved his grandchildren all 5 of them, and always wanted the best for his children. He worked so hard every day never complaining, even on the worst of days. He was a true man, he provided for his family with love and with financial security and was always there to give us a hand with what ever was needed. David thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. You were an AMAZING stepfather. I will never forget the love you showed my mother and the rest of my family. Our hearts are broken.

Have to say Dave was my favorite. His love for Lora was unconditional. The way he smiled when she walked in a room was so amazing, it gave you goosebumps. There love for each other was undescribable. David was Loras knight in shining armor. God truely blessed him with a big heart. David always turned a frown upside down. Some of my greatest memories include Dave. He always provided for his family. He was such a dedicated and hard worker. He was a great husband, father, and Poppy. I am thankful that I had the chance to have him in my life. I never had the chance to tell him how much he meant to me. I will miss him and cherish his memeories forever!
