E. Marcel LeBoulch died at home on May 8, surrounded by family and friends.  He is survived by his wife Karen, his son Yannick, and his daughter Soizig.  Marcel was raised in Lorient, France.  He earned his certification as Restaurant Chef/Manager from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.  He served in the French Army then moved to the United States to work as chef at the Bellevue Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia.  He was chef/owner of Marcel’s Olde Country Inn in Emmaus, PA from 1981 until 1992.  Condolences would be welcomed by his wife and may be sent to 1918 Turnbull Lakes Drive, New Smyrna Beach, FL  32168.  A celebration of Marcel’s life will be held at the above address on May 19, 2018 from 11am until 2pm.
