Obituary

Ernest Cerra of Ft. Myers, Florida, formerly of Concord, MA, passed away peacefully at his home on June 21, 2022, at the age of 94. He is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Anna Cerra and his second wife, Martha Cerra of 7 years.

He is survived by his children, Jo-Ann Pierce and her husband James Pierce of Oregon, Peter Cerra of Florida, and Susan Donaldson of Massachusetts. Grandchildren Jason Pierce, Jonathan Pierce, Christopher Donaldson, and Nicholas Donaldson. Great grandfather of Penelope Pierce, Julius Pierce, and Juniper Pierce. He is also preceded in death by his brothers Joseph and Gene Cerra and his son-in-law Donald Donaldson.

Ernie served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and worked in the grocery industry for over 30 years. He retired in Ft. Myers, Florida where he enjoyed playing golf and traveling.

A private burial will take place in Concord, Massachusetts at a later date.
