Obituary
Ervin Viegut, 85, was called home to our Lord on July 11, 2018. He was born in WI on February 16, 1933 to Ervin and Marlyn Viegut. After retiring from a successful business career in Milwaukee, he moved to The Villages, Florida where he became involved with the Hope Lutheran Church, Water Buffalos, Wisconsin, MSU, and Bonnybrook Social Clubs. Erv served in the army during Korea where he worked on rockets fueling his love of planes and flying. He was thankful to have been on a Village Honor Flight. He loved traveling, participating in sports and watching his Packers. Erv is survived by his wife Mary Wierenga Viegut and sons, Todd (Karen), Eric (Nicole); grandchildren Brooke Reid, Graham, Collin, Carson and Paige. He is also survived by many special friends, niece, nephews and great nieces. His daughter, Janine, and brother, Gerome preceded him in death. A Celebration of his life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Wildwood Food Pantry, Hope Lutheran Church, House of Hope or an organization of your choosing.
