Eugene Samuel James 91, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away, Thursday, March 2, 2023.

    I will always remember all the time's that I got to sing with Uncle Gene! Uncle Gene always my favorite Uncle, and will be missed! My thoughts and prayers for the family.

    Luedeen and Gene GM’s were very good friends of mine and my husband Bob. My husband Bob passed away four years ago today. I have talked with Luedeen a lot and prayed with her and for her before Gene passed. We loved him and we had so much fun with them. I was talking to Bob the other night and told him to be on the outlook for Gene because he would be there soon. I am praying for Luedeen and her family and asking God to please bring them comfort and peace. Gene was a wonderful man and husband . He loved Luedeen with all his heart and then some. They made a very beautiful couple.
