Francis (Frank) Louis Ehling, age 81, of Fort Myers Florida, formerly of Williamstown, NJ, left this world to be with the Lord on Friday, May 3, 2019 after a long illness.  He was born on August 10, 1937 to George and Amelia Ehling in Somers Point, NJ.  He grew up in Yeadon PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.  He was a graduate of West Catholic High School and Villanova University.  Francis was a civilian employee of the United States Army for over 30 years, 2 of which he served in Vietnam.                                   

Francis was married to Carla Annette (Davia) Ehling for 25 years before divorcing and now leaving behind five grown children and many grandchildren.

Frank had a passionate love of motor vehicles, stock market investing, and dancing.  And, he was successful in all three. He was a self- taught automobile mechanic who enjoyed working on cars for friends and family.  On two of several trips to Germany, Frank brought back two BMW cars that he truly enjoyed.  He was also an avid motorcyclist who rode cross country annually.                                             

Francis was predeceased by his parents George and Amelia Ehling and his sister Irene (Ehling) Cassidy.  He will be laid to rest in the Ehling family plot at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Philadelphia.
