Obituary

Francis H. Schofer age 94 of Lady Lake passed away October 27, 2017 under the care of Hospice. Survived by his wife Marilyn.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Thursday November 9, 2017 at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, The Villages.  Services with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Florida National Cemetery.

    Frank came into my life when I needed a friend and helped me through some very difficult times. I don't know where I would have been without his support and encouragement. He helped me bring God into my life and for that I will be forever grateful. He was a wonderful man. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
