Frank worked with me at the seashore for many years. He was a fun, thoughtful, smart person that enjoyed his work there and the people that he worked with. He left behind many reminders that the public will be able to enjoy when they visit the park. He has been missed since his illness and is finally at peace. Goodbye friend.
