    Larry & Sandy Hutchings says:
To Jim, Katie and the rest of Fred's family. Sandy and I were very sorry to hear of Fred's passing and we will miss him very much as will you guys. He was a great neighbor and a joy to have around. It is sad to look across the street and know we will not be seeing him sunning himself or taking a short walk anymore. We do have our fond memories though which will always be in our hearts.
