Obituary

Garrett (Gary) Jones of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on 6/29/22 at Cape Coral Hospital.  He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on 11-04-46.

He lived and worked in New Jersey for over 58 years before moving to Florida to have fun in the sun.  Gary was retired from Prudential Financial as a Systems IT Manager and worked for the Miramar Development Corporation until his retirement.

He was a member of the Marine Corps proudly serving his country.

Gary was predeceased by his first wife of 31 years Michele (Quirk) Jones, brother Howard (Bunny) Jones, parents Veronica and Edwin Jones.

Gary leaves behind his loving wife Beverly Scull-Jones, brother Allan Jones (Ohio), daughter Tammy (Mike) McNally (New Jersey), daughter Tina Krautheim (Florida), granddaughter Jenna Kotschessa (Florida), step-son Matthew G (Heather) Scull, grandson Daniel (New Jersey), and granddaughter Jaclyn Scull (New Jersey).  He also is leaving his many nephews and nieces, cousins in Ireland, and friends, as well as, his best buddy, his loyal dog, Pluto, who misses his daddy.

There will be an interment at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Toms River, New Jersey.  The internment will be later and will be posted on the Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation obituary site.
