Life Celebration for Garry Michael Bennett, 59, Edgewater FL who departed this life Monday, November 4, 2013 in Waycross, GA will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach FL. Garry was born in Charlotte, NC December 1, 1953. He was a home builder of log cabins in Georgia at the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Lee Bennett and father George G Bennett. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Janice, mother Shirley Dellinger Bennett, sons Chad (Tera) Uptergaft, David Tate, daughters Amy (Birke) McNeill, Lauren Bennett, Andrea (Matt) Kalinich and grandchildren Kaitlyn and LucyMcNeill and Haley and Gibson Uptegraft. Memorial donations are requested to the Garry Bennett Trust Fund c/o Wells Fargo Bank 698388847.

    We will all miss Garry's quick witted remarks and that southern twang he spoke with. Jan, Shirley, Chad, Amy, Lauren, David and Andrea, we are truly sorry that Garry's dash didn't go on for a longer time. We are all thankful for the fond memories and good times shared with him. Susan & Barry
