Geneva (known as 'Pete' in our Chicago neighborhood) was a very special lady that was a great addition to my childhood. My mom and I, and Pete and her daughter Peggy, had many adventures full of laughs and lasting memories. She was a creative with sewing and exhibited a quick wit. I especially loved our trips to the lake, when she always packed the best picnic lunches. Peggy loved her mom so very much, as did I. Rest in peace, dear Pete, you are deeply loved, cherished, and remembered by many.
