Gerald T. Moore Gerald T. Moore was born in E. Boston on 09/20/1932 to the late Harry and Ellen(Nellie) Moore He graduated from high school ,then joined the Army in January 1953 through December,1955 attaining the rank of Master Sergeant. While in the service, he married June Stott. He, then attended Boston College at night while working at Hood Rubber Co. He graduated in 1960 with a Business degree. He, then, worked for several companies-American Cyanamid in Boston, W.R.Grace in Chicago and finally with Malta Manufacturing in Zanesville, Ohio He raised 4 children, Mike, Kathie, Brian and Colleen. He and June then retired to the Villages in 1996. They loved to travel especially to Europe and Newfoundland with his brother and sister. and played golf. Reading was one of his passions, especially biographies and non-fiction.and loved the activities that the Villages had to offer. After 51 years of marriage, June passed away in 2006. Later that year he met Nancy Browne and remarried in October, 2007. He, then, pursued his same interests with Nancy until some medical issues arose limiting his activities until his death on Feb.24th. He leaves his wife, Nancy, son, Michael, wife Vicki of Strongsville, OH, a daughter, Kathie (Moore)Wingrove ,husband, Wayne, of Decatur, TX., son,Brian, Columbus, OH, and Colleen (Moore) husband, Doug Lang of Chaska, MN., grandchildren, Jennifer Moore, Ellen (Moore)Moran, Bosco Theodore, Laurel and Alexander Lang and 2 Great-Grandsons, Dylan and Logan, brothers-Robert Moore (Joanne) Cherry Hill, NJ., Kenneth Moore(Debbie), Austin, TX., William Moore (Debbie), Boston, MA., several nieces and nephews, pre-deceased a sister, Janice (Moore)Bottelson and a brother, Donald Moore. There will be a Memorial Gathering at he Mulberry Recreation Center in the Villages on Sunday 3/9/2014 from 2 to 5 PM and the Funeral Mass at St. Timothy’s Catholic Community Church, the Villages on Monday,3/10/2014 at 8:30 AM..
