Gerald Robert Taylor
DOB: 9/30/39 Was called home by his Lord and Savior on 5/2/15.
Gerald was brought up in Rome, GA. Then spent four years in the Navy, after attending Berry College. He and his wife, Ina Sexton Taylor, enjoyed 54 years of marriage. He leaves one son, Jerry Lamar Taylor, a daughter-in-law Keyne Harrington Taylor, and two grandchildren, Nora Lynn Taylor and Cole Gerald Taylor. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
He served as an elder at Open Bible Lutheran Church, Oxford, FL.
Donations should be made to the American Cancer Society.

I wasn't aware that Jerry was sick. From the first time we met you both welcomed me with open arms. I always enjoyed talking with you. I'm so sorry for your loss. Jerry was a real gentleman...he will be missed by all. Ina, I will keep you in my prayers. Your a very special lady! Love Robin Regan
