Obituary

Glenn Ray Callin passed away Aug 2, 2022 after a year long fight with cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by his family. Glenn was born June 29, 1934 in Lorain Ohio to Ray and Mary Callin. He grew up the family farm where learn life lesson and hard work.

He graduated from Birmingham HS, Class of 1952. Glenn married the love of his life Margaret Nickols in 1957 where the lived in Elyria OH until 1963 when they moved to Florida with their 3 kids and later had another child. They raised their 4 kids in Orlando FL. When they retired they moved to Clermont FL to watch the grandkids grow up.

Glenn worked for Cummings Dessel for 33 years as a service/parts manager. In his off time Glenn liked to tinker on old cars and tractors. He was always off helping someone in need and had a heart of gold. He had a love for photography and learned how to develop and print black and white photos.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents Mary and Ray Callin, his wife Margaret L Callin, his oldest son, David R Callin. He is survived by son, Rick Callin, his wife Deb Callin, daughters Louise Callin and Beth Wilkinson, 3 grand daughters, Brandie Branum, Stephanie Wilkinson and Samantha Wilkinson. As well as 2 great grand kids, Kase and Autumn.

A Celebration of Life was held on Aug 6th at Orchard Heights with his family and friends.
