Born in Chicago, Illinois, moved to Wisconsin with his parents and then moved to Florida
over 30 years ago. Gordon was a gear head who loved old school cars. Gordon loved Nascar,
The Gatornationals and motorcycle crossing. His dream was to work on old school cars.
He loved anything that went fast especially roller coasters. Gordon faithfully attended
Daytona Speedways race events twice a year. Gordon had a great sense of humor until
the end. His long courageous battle against cancer was a witness to many. Gordon loved
the Lord and attended Rock Church since 2007! Gordon loved the Lord, his family and
friends immensely! He is missed by all who knew and loved him. Gordon had many job
titles throughout his life and owned several businesses. He was an auto detailer, floor
mechanic, and waterproofing and restoration to condos.
Predeceased by Mother Laura Gundelach, Father Henry Gundelach, Brothers
Mark Gundelach, and Gordon William Gundelach, and Brothers in Law Timothy Wheeler and
Father in Law Thomas Wheeler.
Survived by his devoted wife of 24 years Teresa Gundelach, four children that he loved dearly
Joshua Gundelach (Molly), Sheena Gundelach (Remi), James Spears, Jasmine Gundelach and
3 grandchildren who he adored-Gavin, Amaya and Eyan.
Life Celebration will be 2:00 PM Saturday, July 25 at The Rock CHurch 1818 Taylor Road Port Orange.
