Obituary
Gregory James Stone – Born August 9, 1955 and died September 30, 2016. In between, he coaxed every ounce out of his life. He was known by some as “Foolish Thunder”, a name most agree was fitting. He was a builder, a fisherman, a music-maker, and a storyteller. He valued experiences over possessions and relationships over accolades.
He was loved by many. And he loved many: his God, his family, his friends, and the Creation – from the creepy-crawlers to the insect nation, the green ones, the flowering ones, the standing ones, the finned ones, the four-leggeds, the two-leggeds (women especially), and the winged ones. He cherished his experience all over the Earth-Mother’s breast: in the water, on the land, and in the air (including the wind and music). He loved all these things with all six of his senses until they were all used up. So he wishes us not to mourn his passing. He just graduated. So we will instead celebrate his wonderful life.
He is no doubt fishing with his father Bill, pulling bass off of their beds with well-placed poppers, anxiously awaiting the arrival of his loved ones. He’ll surely greet us all with a song and dance. We love you, Greg! We’ll miss you, Foolish!
Foolish and Randy-"brotherly love."
Too bad we couldn't meet up again.
My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I am HONORED to have known you brother.
