He was the third of four sons born to John and Ann (Volk) Flynn, in Camden NI. John (lack), George Bud), Harry and William (Bi), were all named after their uncles, That is why Harry always signed his name as Harry I, Flynn. He attended school at Glassboro State Teachers college where he learned many skills. He lived at home with his parents, and they eventually moved to Cape May, NI, He and his mother moved to Florida to live with his brother George in 1980. He was close to his beloved Philadelphia Phillies team and saw many games on their winter schedule. His love for the game lasted his entire life He also loved John Wayne movies, Trains, and Music. He was adept at certain crafts and jigsaw puzzles Each day included music and puzzles for many years. He was fascinated by red cars, especially fast red cars, and always wanted a red VI Beetle. Disney was on the schedule at least once a year where he had a scheduled routine he followed. The Creative Caregiving program was a very important part of his life for the past several years. The camaraderie, crafts, and especially the music therapy helped to make his life a little better. He found a home at St. Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church, where he was welcomed with open arms and loving hearts,

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jack and George.

He is survived by his Sister-in-law Susan Flynn who was his caretaker for many years, Brother Bill (Merrie), Nephew Michael Flynn (Ann), Aunt Patricia Volk, and many cousins.

His cheerful spirit and infectious smile will be missed by many.

Harry was a smiling, fun loving and friend of many (mostly women). How he loved to dance and have a good time. In my teenage years my Volk family (Dad was Harry's Uncle), we would visit and Harry would spout off the Philly Stats or be involved in a close game of darts with someone, always busy or watching a Phillies game or John Wayne Movie on TV. He loved being cared for by Sue and Sue was a terrific care giver for Harry, it was mutual love and respect. Harry you are now at home at peace with your Mom & Dad, George and Jackie, what a reunion that must have been ! See you on the other side Cuz ! Pat Aiken
