Harry A. Hook, age 96 of Leesburg died March 23, 2015. Harry is survived by his wife Margaret Joan Hook. Private burial at a later date at Hillside Memorial Park, Leesburg, Fl.
Harry A. Hook Pearl Harbor veteran and former Rahway councilman, 96 Harry A. Hook, 96, of Leesburg, Fla., died on March 23, 2015. He was born and raised in Rahway, N.J. Harry served in the U.S. Navy and was a Pearl Harbor veteran. He was a fireman at Merck and a councilman in Rahway, N.J. Harry worked at NASA in support of the Mercury/ Gemini program, and at Pan American Airlines at JFK before retiring in 1979. Harry was a past commander at the American Legion Post No. 5 in Rahway (1983 to 1984). He was predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Wimmer Hook. He is survived by his wife, Joan; four sons, Gerard, David, James, and Harry Jr., and daughter, Lisa Forleo. Services are private.
