Helen was a true model of what a Christian woman should be. She was such an inspiration to me and to so many others. She will be missed, but she has accomplished what we all strive for - to spend eternity in heaven!

While we only met Helen in April, it seemed we had known her our entire lives. We had so looked forward to being Helen's neighbor and spending time with her. Her love of God and her family were evidenced in every visit we had with her...we will miss her so much. We pray that God wraps his loving arms around Amy, Kate and all of her family during this time of sadness and that hearts full of sadness will soon be filled with joyful memories of this wonderful woman.

Helen was just a beautiful person and such an inspiration to me in my walk with the Lord. I will miss her and that wonderful smile.

Michael wanted me to express how much he loved her and how much all of her encouragement meant to him these past two years as he recovered from his fall.

Helen was precious to our family. She loved each and everyone of us and gave us the most beautiful gift that can ever be given. She prayed for us!! I know we are better people for having known Helen. I will miss my beautiful friend forever.

He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying in pain, for the old order of things has passed away.

Helens countenance will always shine for many within our hearts

Mrs. Read was a devoted, caring friend to our family; always happy and ready to offer support to us when needed, many times without asking. She will be missed by all but her wonderful memory will live on in all of us. We were blessed by having the chance to call her a friend.

Helen was a remarkable woman who embraced life and she always had a beautiful smile, as well as, kind words for everyone. She truly touched our lives by being a dear friend to my parents, (Ernestine and David Rogers), who were former neighbors of Helen Read.
Moreover, Helen was a walking angel here on earth and now she is a beautiful guardian angel watching over all of us.

Helen was a godly woman who lead many other women to an understanding of God's word and plan He has for us. She was a inspiration to me and opened my eyes to the many blessings given to me though Jesus Christ. It deeply saddened me to hear to the world loss of Helen. Yet I know from being in her Bible Study group she is rejoicing right now. How blessed she is and may her family find peace in knowing she has eternal life with our God.

I'll miss this great lady who was always encouraging and cheerful. It was great to have her in Sunday Bible Study. When she couldn't be there she would often tell me that she was sorry to miss, but had to be of service somewhere else. I loved her bright smile and positive spirit.

Who a gift it was to get to know Helen. Being her student was only a small part of what I received in her class. I had the privileged of sitting behind her and dear friend Carol. The pew will never be the same. To have the girls there in worship. Yes she passed on her faith. Love and blessings

My Dear Lovely Helen; I will miss you terribly. I was and still am so Blessed to have known you. Your Bible Study class I was in was so informative of the Bible and so much fun. You were a dear lady who knew the Bible inside and out and loved to have fun and loved everyone. My life has grown in Jesus just knowing you. My love always to you my dear friend.

Yes, what an inspiration Helen was. I cried when I learned she had passed on, but then realized that I would meet up with her in Heaven one day soon. She left her mark in many ways and I'll miss her dearly, especially that beautiful smile.

A Precious woman of such deep Christian faith. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is now at peace in the arms of our dear Lord and Savior. She was a blessing to all who knew her. Just wish I had the opportunity to know her sooner. Just being an acquaintance she left quite an impression on me.
    With Love,
    Jane Girotti
