Helen J. Nowak, 91, of Belleview, Florida passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, in Ocala, Florida.

Helen no doubt is dancing the Polka on her guardian angel’s wings to her heavenly Father. While on earth, she was born to Leonard and Mary Krajewski in Chicago, Illinois. Preceding her in death were her parents, her sister, Joan (Walter), brother, Eugene (Antoinette), and sister, Lillian (Leo). Surviving Helen is her husband, John, of 58 years with sons, Donald (Judy), and Dennis (Helen), 2 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. At St. Theresa’s Parish, Helen was known as the Pierogi Queen. She was a member of the Columbietts 8012, Pulaski Post, Elks 2730 and the Moose 1014. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and a true friend to many. She touched the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know this wonderful woman. She surely will be missed by all.

A funeral mass for Helen will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Belleview, FL on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 10:00am. Viewing will take place at 9:00am. St. Theresa Catholic Church is located at 11528 US- 301, Belleview, Florida 34420. Following the funeral mass, burial will take place at Belleview Cemetery.
