Helen K. Rock 82, of Ocala and New York died Friday, June 6, 2014 with her husband by her side. Helen was born June 13, 1931 in Chazy Lake, NY to the late Thomas Welch and Edith Agoney Welch Barletta. She worked for many years with Georgia Pacific Company. She was a devoted wife and mother. Helen was preceded in death by her daughter, Elaine Rock Franklin, brother, Francis Welch and sister, Josephine Welch Bushey. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Vernon; twin daughters, Brenda Fathalla and Linda Buxton; son, Michael Rock; brothers, Leonard Welch and Thomas Welch, sisters, Jane Floyd and Geraldine Langston, many cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren and brothers/sisters-in-law. I thank everyone who cared for her at Timberridge Nursing Home, a caring superb staff. Also, Gentiva Hospice in her final hours. Private services will be held and burial will take place in New York.
