    Hello Zirzow family.
We were fortunate to work with Wayne and Ilse at Chanute Air Force Base,Il. Enjoyed many amazing dinners at their home near Rantoul. Many fond memories about super nice friends. Also remember their children. Blessings to all! Nov. 15, 2022

Ilse was a special neighbor who appreciated our visits. She was especially kind and understanding to Uncle Don, who showed up at her door at 6 AM wanting to trim her hedges. (Those hedges have lots of stories!) At our church bazaar, a friend had seeds for blackberry lilies; the very same "candy" lilies I prized from Ilse! Little memories come every few days to remind us of her special presence in our lives.
