Obituary

Irena Podzorski passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 66 after battling cancer for just several months. She was born in Gdansk, Poland in 1958 and came to Detroit, Michigan when she was 14 years old. She was a productive person, lived a good life there and then moved to Venice, Florida years later. She had great work ethics, worked hard for what she had and was a good person. She enjoyed riding on the back of the Harley with her husband and going on cruises with him. She was with her daughter and husband when she took flight to a better place.

She leaves behind her husband, Nicholas Podzorski, her daughter, Casey Williamson, her grandson, Colton Gaskell and relatives in Poland.

I miss you more and more with each days passing. You were like a mother to me. Now you are with my Dad (your “baby brother”) watching over everyone. I love so much we were able to reconnect. You’ll never know how much you mean to me.

    I love you Aunt Irene.
