Irma I. Lopez, 80, of Eustis, Florida passed away at Lake Eustis Care Center on April 30, 2015. She moved to Central Florida when she was 18 from Puerto Rico. Not speaking English she was able to achieve a Bachelor's degree in the U.S. in Education. She was a grade school teacher and taught English as a second language on the side. She raised three sons. She loved Classic Movies and was a New York Mets fan. She was described as a fighter who was caring and sweet. She is survived by her three sons Rene Soto and his wife Joyce, Ruben Soto and Ricky Soto Lopez, three grandchildren Mark, Jacob , and Daniel Soto, three sisters Lillian Santiago, Angie Colon, and Cherri Santiago. The family is having services at a later date.
