Jack Chick age 94 died March 23, 2018 under Hospice Care. Born August 28, 1923 in Hartford City, Indiana. He owned and operated Jack’s Sharp Shop 30 plus years and also worked at Sears for 30 years. Beloved Husband, Father, Uncle, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Survivors include his wife Janice Chick, sons Jack Chick Jr.,Terry Chick, Lawrence Schrader, daughters Crystal Schrader, Melody & Ed Nemore, Sherie Zimmerman and Gail Marshall and many Nieces and Nephews from Hartford City, Indiana, DeLand, St.Augustine, and St. Johns, Florida. He had 15 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service is to be held at 3:00 pm on April 7th, 2018 at Spruce Creek Baptist Church, 1952 Taylor Road, Port Orange, FL 32128.
