    I want to say Jack was a important person in my life. My friendship with Jack and Shirley spans 40yrs. I'm heartbroken for you Shirley, and I will miss Jack!! Our lives have had not as much contact over the years as it should have been, but know there wasn't a day or week or month went by when I didn't think of you both. Rest in Peace Jack, and remember "Up the Elephants ass" when you sky that ball off the tee!!! Love, Tracey Keith
