Obituary
James (Jim) Allen Terry 68, of New Smyrna Beach, Fl. passed away from cancer on October 11, 2021. Jim was born in Kenton, Ohio on February 23, 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents , Patty Lou VanWay Terry and Jess Kindred Terry.
Jim attended Coronado Beach Elementary School , New Smyrna Beach Junior High School and graduated from New Smyrna Beach Senior High School in 1972. He served his country in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Control and Warning Systems Operator. His duty stations were the Republic of South Korea, A remote tour in Alaska and Tyndall Air Force Base , Fl.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Debra Lynn Terry (Wanda) of Port Orange, Fl. and sons Jarrod J. Terry of Roy, Washington and David Terry (Rachel) of Millbrook, Al.. Eight Grandchildren, Chase Terry, Kirsten Martinez, Corey Martinez, Kendra Terry, Bentley Terry, Zoei Terry, Easton Terry and Caleb Terry and five Great Grandchildren.
He is also survived by his sister, Vicki Terry Zapata (David) of Crestview, Fl., Brothers, Kenneth Terry ( Nancy) of Edgewater, Fl. and Bruce Terry (Yvonne) of Osteen, Fl.. Two Nieces, Darlene Cooper and Elizabeth Terry, Two Nephews, Ken Terry and Pete Terry.
