Obituary
KING James D. King (Pap), age 69, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 at his home with his wife by his side after a long battle with heart disease as a result of Agent Orange. Pap is survived by his loving wife, Joann, 3 daughters, a son, and 2 step-children. He also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. King is veteran of the Vietnam War, where he served in the 101st Airborne. He grew up in Montpelier, Indiana and came to Florida in 1983 where he built a business in cultured marble. His hobbies were motorcycles and vintage cars as well as fishing with his grandsons. The times he enjoyed most were those spent with his grandchildren. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his family. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 18. A special thanks for the loving care provided by Florida Hospital Hospice.
