Obituary
James “Jim” Holler, 77, of Cleveland, OH, passed away on January 19, 2025. Born on July 22, 1947, in Cleveland, Jim lived a life filled with service, love, and dedication to his family, community, and country.
Jim was married to his beloved wife, RoseMary Holler, for an extraordinary 58 years. A Sargent in the Marine Corps, he proudly served our nation, including time in Vietnam where he was awarded a Purple Heart for his courage and sacrifice.
Jim was passionate about golf and loved watching the Tampa Bay Rays on TV. Jim was a great father, friend and loving husband. He was an animal lover, especially to his dogs, Jesse, Jazz and Nikki. He was an electrician by trade and was Manager of Facilities at Progressive Insurance, Tampa Campus.
Jim lived near Cleveland, OH for 32 years and moved to Florida with his family to Brandon, FL in 1979. He retired in 2013 and moved to Leesburg, FL, enjoying golf and boating.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, RoseMary Holler; their beloved sons, Gene and Eric Holler; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Joseph and Abigail Holler; great-grandchildren Leah, Lily and Auvree Holler.
He is preceded in death by his son, Brian Holler; his parents, Edward & Lois Holler; and his sister, Diane Hanna.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 8th, from 1-4pm, at his home: 12733 Pine Island Dr. Leesburg, FL. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart Association.
