Obituary
James “Jim” Roberts Richardson, 76, of Ocala, Florida passed away at HCA Regional Hospital in Ocala, Flordia. He was born to the late Elvin and Cleorah (Roberts) Richardson on March 8, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jim was a Wabash High School graduate. He served his country as a Sargent in the United States Marines during Vietnam, where he received several medals of honor including Rifle Sharpshooter Badge, Pistol Expert Badge, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Combat Air Crew Insignia, Vietnam Service Medal, and Good Conduct Medal.
Jim is survived by his son, Kevin James Richardson (Amanda) of Wabash, Indiana; two grandchildren, Kailynn Richardson and Kale James Richardson both of Wabash, Indiana. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard “Dick” Richardson. Jim loved his family and friend’s he met along his way.
Jim’s final wishes were for no services.
