Obituary
James Edward Rodman, 65, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on November 8, 2022, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends.
James was born in Norfolk, Virginia on April 14, 1957, to Robert Marvin Rodman and Suzanne Valada Henry where he was raised with his three brothers and one sister. He lived in Syracuse, New York for most of his life. James met the love of his life, Ann Marie Gratton, in Morrisville, New York in May 1995. They knew from the start that they had both found the one and married in November 1995. The two moved from Morrisville, New York to Florida in 1997. Jim, as he liked to be called, enjoyed taking photographs, watching baseball (mostly the New York Yankees), watching football (always cheering on his Dallas Cowboys), building furniture, painting, and caring for his fur babies.
Jim is survived by his wife of 27 years, Ann Rodman; daughters Michelle (Eric) Mulyca, Jami (Niles) Wyvern, Marie (Dakota Graham) Rodman, Destini (David) Casto, sister Deborah Bye, brother Ronald (Kathy) Rodman, grandchildren Logan, Savannah, Elizabeth, and Elijah.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his siblings Richard Rodman and Robert R. Rodman.
The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date
