I was very proud to be Jim's Vice President at the Buffalo WNY Club. Enjoyed the meetings with Jim & Joyce at their home to discuss future events for the Club.

My Aunt Vi Knapp from West Falls, bought a car from Jim & Joyce. They too enjoyed their company.

We wish the Family all the best during this time and beyond and to keep the great memories alive.

God bless, Dennis & Ki Drsoendahl

What a wonderful guy. We have only good memories of time shared. He was a pleasure to be with! Joyce, we hope that all your special memories will help you through these difficult times. When a marriage and family love is good, it makes these days even harder, but I bet you wouldn’t trade a day of it. Surely our Lord is saying, “welcome Jim, good and faithful servant.”

Jim was such a wonderful friend. He was so full of life and lived it to the fullest. He loved golf, dancing, parties and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. He and his wife Joyce were our best friends since the week we moved to The Villages and always made us laugh. He was very compassionate and generous, helping anyone who asked. Jim you were truly a gift in our lives. We will miss him greatly.

    Much love and God Bless
    Diane and Gary Haynes

Jim was a friend who always knew how to make us smile and laugh
We didn't realize we were making memories , we just knew we were having fun.
Scott and I enjoyed cheering on the Buffalo Bills every Sunday and playing golf with you every week

If there wasn't so much love, it wouldn't be this hard to say goodbye.

Though sudden, your departure left footprints on our hearts that time cannot erase.

There is nothing we can say to express how sad we are that you are gone
Just know you were loved and will never be forgotten

    Love, Scott and Colleen
