Obituary

Jamie Lynn Smith December 20, 1951-January 15, 2013   Jamie Smith was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 20, 1951. She grew up in Romeo, Michigan as the eldest of six children.  In the early seventies Jamie moved to the Daytona Beach area.   Jamie worked in the real estate industry and in advertising sales at The New Smyrna Beach Observer. Most recently she worked as a sales consultant for Holiday Builders. She loved working with new home buyers and received many sales awards during her time with the company.   In her spare time Jamie was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.   Surviving Jamie is her husband, Bruce Smith Jr. of Edgewater, daughter Heather Ranieri (Keith), of Edgewater, son Tommy Campbell (Shawn) of Flagler Beach and son Adam Smith (Crystal)  of New Smyrna Beach. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Sean Ranieri, Kinsey Campbell, Cecile Smith and Waylon Smith.   A life celebration will be held 1PM, Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach.

    Dear Bruce and family. I am sorry to hear of Jamie's passing. She was an inspiration to us all. I will always cherish the great times we all shared at Holiday Builders.
