Janice Byrem Graves Baker

Janice B. Baker, of Ormond Beach, Florida, formerly of Hagerstown, MD died on September 4, 2017 at Grand Villa of Ormond Beach, Florida. Born on November 1, 1925, in Hagerstown, MD.  She was the daughter of the late Olive Byrem Graves, and the Granddaughter of the late Jacob and Clara Edith Byrem of Funkstown, who reared her.

She attended Hagerstown High School.

Her husband, W. William Logan Baker preceded her in death in 1985.

She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and the Sterling Bell Sunday School Class.  She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Morris Frock Post 42 American Legion.

She is survived by two daughters: Ann Kendrick of Ormond Beach, Florida and Tamara Baker Hoffman of Hagerstown, two sons: Ronald Lee Bussard of Pennsylvania and Steve Alan Bussard of Hagerstown, nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 2 nieces and a nephew.  She is preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Bradley and Dorothy Dutton, and by former first husband, Roscoe Bussard.

    I will miss you Aunt Janice!! You were always my favorite Aunt. I am so glad I got to spend time with you before the end. Now you are at peace and with your sisters and Logan. I love you Aunt Janice. Thoughts, prayers and hugs to Annie, Matt, Missy and Kitty!!!! Love you all!!!
