Obituary

Jason J. Asquino, 38, of Orlando, FL passed away on July 17, 2016 in Orlando. He was born on October 8, 1977 in Pittsburgh, PA. Jason was a graduate of University High School in Orlando. He was the owner of East Orlando Taxi. He enjoyed listening to music, his dog Lola, and was a gun enthusiast. He is survived by his father, Michael Asquino Sr.; his brother, Michael Asquino Jr., and his 3 nieces, Emily, Rebekah, and Bethany. Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Brown Asquino. Jason enjoyed the company his girlfriend, Eladia Polanco and her children, Michael Angelo and Patrice Lopez. A celebration of Life will be held later the Fall.     It has been just over a week since we were all stunned by the loss of Jay. He was a kind and loving young man who always made time to see us and never ended a phone call without an I love you!

    Michael and family... I am so sorry to learn of your loss of Jason. Fortunately, death is only a temporary part of life. Jesus promised us a wonderful resurrection of the dead (John 5:28,29/1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14), so we have the hope of being reunited with our deceased loved ones. In the meantime, even though the pain of loss through death may seem sometimes insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming months (Psalm 46:1).     My brother from another mother, you will surely be missed, every single day. You were one of the most generous human beings i knew, very intelligent and very willing to help another being. Knowing you for 20 yrs seems like only a fraction of what should have been more, taken from us so soon is an understatement. I hope now that you completed your journey here on Earth, your next life awaits and you will shine just as you did here amongst your family and friends.
