Obituary

Jeanne E. Todd 1948-2022, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2022, at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral. Jeanne had called Cape Coral her home since 2014. Born in Massachusetts and fresh out of high school she worked at New England Telephone Company as an operator for several years until proudly serving her country in the US Army and being stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany.  During her lifetime, Jeanne also lived in Kansas, Wisconsin and Florida. Prior to retirement she worked in personal healthcare. Jeanne loved her many animal friends and belonged to the Humane Society and ASPCA with her whole heart. Jeanne loved to knit and crochet, always gifting items to friends and family. Jeanne also loved to cook, canning and preserving jellies and jams as one of her favorite past times. Jeanne is survived by a sister Pamela Welch, brother John Carlesi and wife Nora, sisters Deborah Moody, Kristen and husband Paris Domian, Jodi Clement and husband Tony Clement as well as several nieces, nephews and great nephews. Jeanne is predeceased by her mother Gloria Eskeland, father Giovanni Carlesi, sisters Janet McGee and Heidi Eskeland.

Jeanne will be laid to rest on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 1:00pm, in the SOUTH FLORIDA NATIONAL CEMETERY 6501 South State Road 7 Lake Worth, FL. 33449 Phone: (561) 649-6489.

    You will always be remembered in my heart. As the youngest and you the eldest we didn't have enough time to know each other as I got older, I wish it could've been different.
    When I found out you had Panhead on your tree that made me happy . Love you...wish there was more time....

    Jeanne was always a very warm-hearted and caring person. Always wishing and hoping the best for all she knew. She endured through many hardships personally and physically until her strength simply was no more. We love you Jeanne as we so often expressed and you are missed. ❤

    Jeanne was very warm hearted towards all as well as caring for everyone's wellbeing. She has endured many health issues until her strength was no more. We love and miss you Jeanne as we so often expressed. ❤
