Jeff Davis Harvell of Edgewater Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.  He was born on March 8, 1923 in Holly, Florida.  A Life Celebration in his honor will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 2:00pm at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Chapel, 1 North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
